Panthera Interactive, LLC's management is comprised of experienced business professionals from the online advertising and market research industries. The organizational structure and personnel plan reflect our intentions to maintain an organization that is publisher support oriented and technologically proficient, while efficiently managing cost controls and productivity.
Mr. Sandin is currently responsible for managing the entire organization from business development, operations, and sales and marketing. Mr. Sandin has extensive online marketing experience, specifically in affiliate marketing and advertising sales. Prior to founding Panthera Interactive, Mr. Sandin spent two years as Vice President of Business Development with Greenfield Online. At Greenfield, Mr. Sandin is the visionary behind the Real-Time Sampling Division which helped Greenfield achieve incredible results. This project went from a concept to completing over 40% of Greenfield's North American business in the matter of 15 months with a team of five. Prior to Greenfield, Mr. Sandin was Director of Sales and Marketing for goZing. At goZing, he was instrumental in developing many profitable divisions including the goZing Network and goZing Surveys which led to the acquisition of goZing to Greenfield Online in February 2005 for $31M. He has received numerous recognitions over the years including "Sales Talk Champion" by Dale Carnegie Sales Training. Mr. Sandin is a graduate of California State University of Northridge, with a B.S. in Business Administration with an option in Marketing.
Mrs. Adam is responsible for managing the day to day operations as well as the finance and accounting for Panthera Interactive. Prior to joining Panthera, Mrs. Adam worked 20 years for Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ). In the area of finance, Geralyn worked in the Real Estate/Operations department reviewing leases and managing payment of the operating expenses for all of HP's leased properties in the Western and Southern states. When Hewlett-Packard split into two separate companies, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A), Mrs. Adam managed the timeline of separating leased and owned properties for the entire United States. Geralyn has a B.A. in History and minor in Education from Russell College.
Mr. Wieder is currently responsible for managing the publisher relationships within the network, in addition to overseeing Panthera's third party tracking system. Greg has extensive online marketing and customer service experience. Prior to joining Panthera Interactive, Mr. Wieder spent three years as the Online Marketing Manager for Greenfield Online. Greg helped reduce the Greenfield panel recruitment costs by nearly 40% between 2005 and 2008 by streamlining the recruitment process, identifying and terminating poor performing sources and developing websites that generated new panelists at no cost. Prior to Greenfield, Mr. Wieder was the Customer Service Manager for goZing Cellular and Traffic Manager for the goZing Network. Prior to goZing, Mr. Wieder was the Traffic Manager at Alert Communications, a Top 50 Call Center in the USA. As the Traffic Manager, Greg managed up to 125 agents in a real-time setting, over three computer systems and 20 separate accounts. Mr. Wieder attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, with a focus in Accounting.
Mr. Boehm is responsible for bringing on new advertisers and establishing relationships with ad agencies. Brock has over 14 years sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Panthera Interactive, Mr. Boehm was a Senior Sales Representative for Offer Fusion where he cultivated new accounts in a variety of verticals (Education, Debt, Finance, Credit, Auto, Health, Life, Dating, Video Games, etc.). In addition to sales, Brock has extensive online and offline experience in business development, project management and account management for many different types of products/services. Mr. Boehm is a graduate from the University of Houston, with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies (specializing in Sociology and Psychology).
Mr. Dasgupta is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Research Division for Panthera Interactive. He plays a pivotal role in initializing the research surveys by interacting with clients and managing publishers to ensure smooth running of the research projects and meeting client deadlines. Prior to joining Panthera Interactive, Mr. Dasgupta was with Greenfield Online as part of their Client Servicing team and was responsible for executing field work for both Full Service and Sample Only online market research projects like Consumer, B2B, Health Care, etc and steering initiatives for ensuring client servicing satisfaction and revenue management. Mr. Dasgupta holds an MBA (Marketing and Finance) from Academy of Business Administration, Balasore (Orissa), Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
Mr. Kachhap is a Project Manager for the online research division of Panthera. He manages the day-to-day operations of the research projects by understanding the specific needs of client's specification and managing publishers to ensure efficient traffic utilization for meeting the project deadlines. Prior to joining Panthera, Mr. Kachhap was a Senior Sampling Executive with Toluna. He was responsible for executing both full service and sample only projects, managing multiple research projects like Consumers, B2B, Healthcare, etc., gauging feasibility of a project which includes analysis of client specific requirements and devising Cost Effective Action Plan, outsourcing panels through outside vendor management to meet the client's deadlines and revenue management for the company. Prior to joining Toluna, Mr. Kachhap was working as a Research Fellow at Institute of Pathology (Indian Council of Medical Research) ICMR, New Delhi. Mr. Kachhap holds a degree of Masters in Biotechnology from Allahabad Agricultural Institute-Deemed University, Allahabad.
Mr. Singh is responsible for managing existing publishers in order to increase their performance as well as identify and recruit new publishers into the network. This is a key position in order for Panthera to maintain the high-level of support and service that our publishers have come to expect. Mr. Singh has a total work experience of 9 years in the online MR industry in which he has worked with companies like Greenfield Online, Marketcube LLC and Paradigm Precision Sample in the Panel and Community Management domain. Mr. Singh is a graduate from the University of Jamia Millia Islamia, with a BA (Major) in English Literature. Mr. Singh is also an MRS (Market Research Society) Certified MR professional.
Mr. Gunjan is an experienced affiliate manager mainly responsible for managing and recruiting publishers for the network to grow the business worldwide. His insight about the industry plays a vital role in channelizing appropriate affiliates and media to meet the client's goal. Prior to joining Panthera Interactive, Mr. Gunjan was Senior Quality Analyst & Affiliate Manager for vCommission (ADWAYS India) Network where he played an eminent role of traffic analysis, fraud detection and quality optimization. In addition to quality, he was responsible for network communication such as offer newsletters, incentive plans, any special notifications and company's social media updates. Mr. Gunjan holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Application from Punjab Technical University (Jalandhar).
Mr. Kumar is responsible for accounts payable/receivable and bookkeeping. Mr. Kumar has more than 7 years of experience in US Accounting and Taxation. Prior to joining Panthera, he worked for an outsourcing firm where he managed the finance team and overall accounting and taxation operation like bookkeeping, payroll, financial and tax preparation services for small and mid-size companies. Mr. Kumar is a graduate from JP University, with a Master in Commerce.
